Use Your talents!
Do you like to work with kids? Do you enjoy serving meals and creating a hospitable environment? Do you have a listening heart, a leader's gifts, a desire to care for our buildings? Are you an artist? Can you spend some time with someone who is sick? Do you have a gift for working with the youth, the poor, the homeless? Is your gift in community organizing, fundraising, planning, deploying human resources? Are you a wise counselor? Each of us can answer yes to at least one of the above and there is a role for you at Old North!

Giving, especially in these difficult times, can, to quote Psalm 23, "restore my soul".
Nowadays, we all lead busy lives, and time seems like a rare and precious commodity. Yet for many of us, lack of time is an excuse. Serving on a committee may take one hour or so each month - with Tivo and DDR you don't even need to miss your favorite TV show! There are few better ways to give your time and talent than by helping to make the Old North community vibrant, welcoming, and compelling.
